Firstly, I help organisations and individuals to increase their positive impact on people and planet. Secondly, I am a qualified coach and help individuals to increase both performance and fulfilment.
Briefly on Bradley
My name is Emma Bradley. I have 30 years’ experience in marketing and communications leadership across commercial, public and not-for-profit sectors.
I spent the early part of my career working in the travel industry at TUI, British Airways and Tourism Australia. I then sought purpose-led roles where I could use my commercial and communications skills for positive societal impact, firstly as Marketing and Fundraising Director at the BBC’s charity, Children in Need, then as a member of the BBC’s marketing leadership team. I led the social impact agenda at Global Media and Entertainment, where I was Founder CEO of Global’s Make Some Noise, the group’s charity which delivers grants, learning programmes and awareness campaigns. I was also instrumental in setting up Global Academy, a secondary school with a vocational specialism in media which has a track record of supporting disadvantaged young people into the creative industries.
After a stint agency side with a social impact consultancy, I moved to be CEO of a small social mobility charity supporting young people to develop careers knowledge, employability skills, confidence and connections.
I am a former Non-Executive Director of an education services company, freelance assessor at Cambridge University Institute of Sustainability Leadership, Trustee and School Governor.
I am an accredited ICF (International Coaching Federation) coach (ACC). I have a BA Hons in English from Cambridge University and an MA in Creative Writing from Birkbeck, University of London. I am also a GRI Certified Sustainability Professional.

Outside work, I enjoy creative writing, upcycling, a weekly Parkrun and outdoor swimming. I am a member of a lively book club and the owner of an even livelier cockapoo called Olive.
I have a tattoo of a dolphin on my ankle. Dolphins are bold, curious, caring and playful – traits that I have adopted as the values at Bravely.
