Many organisations want to contribute to a fairer, healthier world, but face challenges such as getting heard, building financial sustainability, complying with governance or developing high performing cultures. I partner with purpose-led organisations, predominantly charities and foundations, across strategy, operations, culture, communications and governance, with a track record in leading transformations.
As an ICF coach I also support individuals to fulfil their potential, navigate their careers and manage change.

Supporting organisations, teams and individuals to maximise their potential, providing the space for reflection, goal setting and a plan to get there. Topics can be big or small, personal or professional, specific or general.
